FIRST CLASS MARINA FOR BOATCLUBSAMERICA IN FT MYERS JUNE 2, 2006

Ft Myers BoatClubs - The site will include commercial space, offices, retail space, fuel dock and restaurant

Adding to the existing Barefoot BoatClub and Naples BoatClub, Boat Clubs America signs with Structurmarine agreement to build World Class Marina in Ft Myers.

Formerly Deep Lagoon Marina, Ft Myers BoatClubs will redeveloped into the 26-acre property into 340 dry slips and 95 wet slips marina. The marina will include a service repair center with a 75-ton Travelift. The site will include commercial space, offices, retail space, fuel dock and restaurant.

Stucturmarine will design, manufacture and deliver more than 2,800 linear feet of floating docks to accommodate boats of 47 to 85 feet.

Ed Ruff, president of BoatClubsAmerica and his son Patrick wishes to make this marina unique with a stone pavers decking. Structurmarine was the only floating dock supplier willing to and capable of engineering its dock system to accommodate the local flavoured pavers. This is a premiere as it has never been done before.

The marina is schedule for opening in the first quarter of 2007
