For the exclusive use of hotel guests, the Trump Ocean Club® landing facility is located in an unprotected site, facing the open Pacific Ocean. The submerged anchoring system ensures the landing’s sound holding capacity while enhancing the overall aesthetics.

The 5 meter (16 ft) wide T-landing is engineered to withstand extreme tidal variation of 6 m (20 ft), 1.8 m (6 ft) wave action and strong tidal currents. The 28 meter long gangway is covered with a tensile roof system built to withstand 120 km/h (75 mph) winds.

The entire system has successfully weathered repeated extreme storm conditions.
