This five-star destination that offers slides and moorings for seasonal or passing guests in a resort community atmosphere is Cape Cod's largest full-service marina. The Kingman Yacht Center nestled in the picturesque and sheltered harbor of Red Brook on the east shore of Buzzards Bay provides full-service access.

To meet the demand for refurbishing, the marina project was carried out by our teams in two phases. The first part delivered in 2014 was for about 50 berths. The design of new floating docks was made to match the footprint of the existing marina and blend in with the existing ones.

Recognized as one of the top-rated marinas in North America, the goal is to accommodate boats from 30' to 40', with ease of movement on the main dock with its 8' wide and with rectangular finger docks. The second phase ended in 2016 with this flexible anchoring with chains and a dead men.
