We want to offer our customers everything they are looking for, including flexibility in our services. We all know that sometimes it is impossible to achieve all the improvements of a marina in the same season, or even in the same year. So, we offer to sail together with the marina owners, marina manager or commodore whenever possible and to the best of our abilities. This is an example of a service that unites us with the Royal St-Lawrence Yacht Club, among others.
Founded in 1888 by a group of Montreal businessmen who had a great interest in sailing, this club can now boast of having preserved rich traditions. Members who have access to unique facilities, including swimming pool and tennis courts, are involved and have the right to vote at meetings. As a result, the committee evolves during the project and adaptation is required.
Structurmarine’s first involvement with the marina located just 25 minutes from downtown Montreal, was in 2020 during the extension of the marina with around thirty boat places for new members and boaters who suffered the closure of the Lachine marina, formerly the largest in Quebec. In 2021 and 2022, the committee approved the replacement of certain comb fingers. And the project will certainly continue for years to come.
Some docks are nearing the end of their life, while others may still see several competitions or cruises pass through the marina. In any case, this project to restore the badge of honour by modernizing the Yacht-Club Royal Saint-Laurent will certainly be carried out in multiple phases and we will be happy to accompany them at each stage.
